User Consent & Authorization Agreement
Thank you for choosing our digital customization services.
Before you place an order, please read the following terms carefully.
By continuing to purchase and use our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to this agreement.
1. Service Scope
To fulfill the customization service you request, you may provide us with:
- Photos of people or pets
- Birth information (date / time / place)
- Other details required for order creation
We use this information only to complete your order and deliver the customized digital product (“Deliverables”).
2. Strict Information Protection
Your personal information belongs to you.
We do not:
- Sell or share your information with third parties
- Use your information for marketing or any unrelated purpose
- Retain your information after service completion
We only process your data for what you ordered — nothing more.
3. Storage Duration & Permanent Deletion
To complete your order and allow reasonable time for revision requests:
- Your photos, birth data, and related files are stored temporarily
- After your order is fulfilled and the review period ends, all data will be permanently deleted
- You may request immediate deletion anytime
- Once deleted, revisions or re-downloads will no longer be available
Deletion includes original files and all working copies.
4. Security Measures
We apply commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data during processing.
Your photos and personal information are accessible only to authorized production personnel directly involved in your order.
Data never leaves secure storage environments used solely for service operations.
5. Marketing Usage Requires Separate Consent
If we wish to use your customized artwork or photos as examples or for service improvement:
- We will ask for your explicit, separate permission
- You may decline without impacting your order in any way
6. Your Rights
You may:
- Request access to your personal information
- Request correction of incorrect information
- Request immediate deletion of all data
- Withdraw authorization at any time
We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions
- You retain rights to your own images and personal data
- We retain rights to styles, processes, and tools used to create the Deliverables
- Unless stated otherwise, Deliverables are licensed for personal, non-commercial use
Commercial usage requires separate written approval.
8. Liability Limitation
While we do our best to protect your data:
We are not liable for incidents caused by factors beyond reasonable control (e.g., network failures, third-party service interruptions, force majeure).
If we are unable to complete the service due to internal reasons, you are eligible for a refund.
