User Consent and Authorization Agreement

1. Service Description

You agree to provide us with your facial photos for the creation and generation of artistic photographs (hereinafter referred to as “Works”). We will strictly follow your requirements to produce and deliver the Works. 

2. Photo Usage and Processing

You authorize us to use your facial photos only for the following purposes: 

– Product Creation: Solely to produce the requested Works for you. 

– Storage: Storing your photos and derivative Works for service fulfillment purposes. 

– Deletion: Your photos and derivative Works will be permanently deleted after service completion to protect your privacy. 

– Improvement & Case Studies: Used for service improvements or customer case demonstrations only with your explicit consent. 

3. Data Protection & Privacy

We prioritize your privacy. Your facial photos and personal information will be kept strictly confidential. We commit to: 

– Restricted Use: Never using your photos for unauthorized purposes. 

– Secure Storage: Storing photos and data securely, retaining them for 3 days after service completion. 

– Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your photos and personal data at any time. 

 4. User Rights 

– Withdrawal of Consent: You may revoke your consent and request deletion of your photos and related data. 

– Transparency: You have the right to inquire about how we use and process your data. 

 5. Liability Statement 

– Data Security: We will take all reasonable measures to protect your data. However, we are not liable for data breaches caused by force majeure or third-party actions. 

– Policy Updates: Terms may be updated to comply with legal requirements or service improvements. You will be notified in advance of any changes.
