1. Digital Products and Service Nature

Our products are customized digital reports generated based on the specific information you provide. Because these are digital goods delivered via download or digital access, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with the service. You are eligible to request a refund if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of the inference or service.
  • There was a technical error that prevented the successful delivery of your report.
  • You placed an order by mistake and notify us before the processing has begun.

3. How to Request a Refund

We have integrated the support process directly into your account for your convenience:

  1. Go to Your Orders: Log in to your account and navigate to your Order History
  2. Locate the Button: Find the specific order you wish to discuss and click the “Order Support” button located within that order’s details.
  3. Submit the Form: Fill out the request form with the reason for your refund.
  4. Review: Our team will manually review your request within 25 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card).
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

5. Data Deletion & Privacy

To protect your privacy, once a refund is processed, all birth data and the generated report associated with that order will be permanently deleted from our system.
